Project Accomplishments:

• I have mentored 16 young women through one-on-one sessions that build self esteem, personal vision, and psychosocial strength.
• I have trained 30 girls and young women on leadership skills, including communication skills, public speaking, interpersonal skills, and decision making.
• I have empowered 492 girls and young women with messaging on topics like the importance of education, proactive communication, and female leadership.
